My name is Rajat singh  and i am pharmacist by profession before doing blogging i make posts on Instagram(@_heallergy_) to aware peoples about health related issues  and latest news and researches in health and medicines sector. 

i aware peoples and guide them to reduce the use of medicines. Now the days as you know use of medicines is increased due to unhealthy life style and less care about yourself. all pharmacists and doctors compete to run there business yes businesses and i think which is not good for the society.  

i know the adverse effects of   medicines on our body and after knowing these facts i shocked that taking medicines for long time is also not good for our health it affects our liver ,kidney other organs and weakness them. our body is not made to consume different types of inorganic chemicals.
